Can You Describe A Hoof Abscess?

Hoof Corns

Corns are bruises within the heel of the hoof. Usually caused from leaving on a shoe that has too short of a heel, for too long. The heels of the hoof must be protected by the shoe. A too short shoe, will cause corns, which ARE VERY painful to a horse.
