What are good work ethics for an apprentice?

Apprenticing - Work Ethics

Don't be lazy....all work in the Horse Industry is 80% hard work & long hours~! You must develop patience. Earn respect & trust on a daily basis. Offer to do the jobs no one else wants, and then do these with all your heart, soul & flesh to the best of your ability. Keep in the forefront of your mind that no matter what you have not contracted to have fun, but to learn from the bottom up, and from the most difficult to the easiest, usually how your Mentor has done themselves~!
