Can I apply a Liniment As A Shampoo?

When U Can't Shampoo!

Mix in equal parts, water, white vinegar, apple vinegar, and liniment. Sponge all over the horse & let dry, when you can't shampoo. Makes for a shiny, look & feel, clean horse.
