Next, what type of enclosures are provided for the horses? Are they closed and secure? What type of fencing, how high is the enclosures, how many rails? What are the enclosure measurements? Do the enclosures open to free range or are they within a secured area (in case of escape). Do they offer any shelter. (If not, then you should take along a rain sheet for each in case of downpours.) Are the horses expected to be supervised when in the paddocks. (You need to know this if you want to have the liberty to make siteseeing side trips.) What is to be done with the manure that your horse will provide. What are the emergency arrangements, and ETA for Veterinarians etc.
