Tip of the Week

For The First Week, we will discuss Riding Tag.

You need your horse, a Riding Crop or Bat, a Referee at each barrel, and a Referee Spotter at each end to watch to see if the next rider is actually touched by the current Racer.

In an arena, you will have ALL of your team at one end of the arena, and the other team at the other end.

One player starts by racing to the opposite end of the arena, and circle a barrel at the end. To keep the game stimulating, have only one barrel at each end of your arena. That way, each team member has to race the other team players to be the first one around the barrel; then race back to your team lineup.

Then, using the Riding Crop/Bat, touch the next team member that is due to go, and once you have touched them, they can race to the opposite end of the arena, and race around the barrel, and back again to touch another team member with their Riding Crop/Bat.

The team to win, is the team that keeps up the barrels, touches the team member next to go, and when all the members have raced down around the barrel and returned.

You can make your own rules and penalties for touching the barrel, knocking down a barrel or missing touching the next member. This can be penalty points, or having to go the round again, or adding another person on the end of the role call to go. Whatever you deem appropriate as penalties.

HAVE A LOT OF FUN~!~!
